  2. We provide a safe environment in one of our remote observatories for your telescope and mount.

  3. We provide power and internet connection for you to remotely control your equipment from anywhere in the world.

  4. We maintain and monitor the roof system to ensure a safe environment for your equipment.

  5. We offer a hands-on service to maintain and ensure you achieve the maximum imaging time possible.

Here at PixelSkiesAstro, we provide a professional remote telescope hosting service. Our state-of-the-art telescope observatories in Rural Andalucia, Spain are sited at 850 metres above sea level and offer access to some fantastic skies for pursuing Astrophotography. Our remote observatories allow you access to these dark skies remotely from anywhere in the world through the use of the internet and your own telescope.

We are here to offer help to our clients to fulfil their astrophotography imaging needs, with a vast knowledge of lots of equipment and software, we can provide different levels of on-site technical support to suit your needs.

We control and monitor the roof system to allow you to spend your time concentrating on gathering your data. We have an app unique to PixelSkiesAstro developed for us to keep you updated on the weather conditions and the roof status. The app allows you to receive a notification to alert you when the roof status changes. This allows all customers to optimise their imaging time.

We offer an installation service where we will install the customer’s instrumentation. This includes polar alignment of the mount, building a pointing model and if necessary collimation of the telescope (reflecting telescopes only as we are unable to collimate refracting telescopes).

Alternatively, customers are welcome to visit the observatory to install and commission their own instrumentation.

We can also host your own observatory dome on our site, for you to fully manage your own system.
